New Tofu Press Table

Old Capitol’s Firm Tofu is now being formed with our brand new custom designed press table! This table, designed by us and welded by our friends at Hawkeye weld & repair, features numerous upgrades. We go from two air cylinders to four and manual air valves to awesome new electronic switches. And don’t worry, we are all about recycling so the old table is going to be repurposed and reused!
